Port 15 is an industrial business complex currently under construction by LM Construction Co. in Cedar City, Utah. This light industrial complex will be approximately 8,000 square feet and is expected to house a combination of light industrial, commercial office space, and retail outlets. This flex space will be ideal for smaller to medium-sized companies looking to set up shop in a corporate atmosphere.

Construction is estimated to be complete in August 2008.
